Kinetic structure that pokes a birdcage and makes the projection of a bird wing swing continuously. Inspired by the film Careful directed by Guy Maddin and my temporary insomnia during a residency at Bemis Center for Contemporary Art, I create complexes that convey uncanny emotions underneath our daily activities.
