I Hear Your Eyes | 2012
"I Hear Your Eyes" is a sculpture that tries to represent a balance between illusion, imagination, and reality. Built with mirror-finished surfaces on top of expansive wooden structures, it alludes to Franconia's prairie grass settings. The installation embraces its surroundings and responds to changes in lighting throughout the day. While walking on the reflective panels, the audience can experience changes in altitude and reflection from the surroundings and from themselves.
The work is currently on display at Franconia Sculpture Park, MN.
This project was supported by the Jerome Foundation in NY and MN.
